Hoian, an Ancient Town on the shores of Thu Bon River in Quang Nam province is about 30 km to the south from Danang. In 16th century, Hoian served as one of the largest trading posts in Southeast Asia.
Hoian possesses the typical Chinese structure with low tiled-roof houses and narrow streets built hundreds of years ago. Many of them remain intact. Most of the houses were built of rare wood, decorated with lacquered boards and panels engraved with Chinese characters.
For this tour, tourists shall be visiting some attractions including relics of the Sa Huynh and Cham cultures, Hoi An River, Cua Dai Beach which are the popular destinations for both local and international tourists.
8:30 am: Tourists are picked up at their hotels and transferred to visit Hoian Ancient Town. Walking on the streets of this town, you will be visiting Japanese Bridge Pagoda, TanKy Old House, Assembly Halls.
10:30 am: Leave Old Town, we are taken to boat station for a cruise along Thu Bon River to visit several traditional craft villages including Thanh Ha pottery village, Kim Bong wooden village. We enjoy a lunch on boat.
13:30: We move back to the port, leaving Hoian.
